Each Kage of each Village has duties that HE/SHE ALONE must follow:
1. Missions -- Kage make their own missions board with their own missions. Once someone has applied for a mission, please edit in, or have a staff member edit in, who is taking the mission.

*TIPS FOR MISSION MAKING:
1. Creativity -- Be creative with your missions! Feel free to be as exuberant as you desire, it doesn't matter!
2. Travel -- Just because Kirigakure is in the Land of Water doesn't mean that all of it's missions NEED to be in the land of water, make your ninja explore!
3. Rivalry -- Check the missions for the other villages, and build off of them. Example: Kazekage makes a mission that has the purpose of body-guarding a caravan. Konohagakure has a mission to intercept that exact caravan! Thus, conflict, action, fun!
4. Completed missions -- HOLD ON TO COMPLETED MISSIONS! They may inspire new ideas, and even give rise to plot-events!
5. Vary your Ranks -- Make different missions of different ranks, don't just cluster a bunch of B-ranks with only two-three C-Rank!(Ranks go from E-S rank!)
6. Give your ANBU and Spec. Jonin secret missions -- Have a ninja whom you trust to take care of your dirty-work? P.M. that ninja(acts as though a bird has sent the message) and tell him to go for it, and if he declines, look for a new ninja!
7. Commerce -- Instead of attacking other missions, you could also help them. Such as: Konohagakure ninja are assaulting a clan at the edge of the forest, and are paying for backup from Sunagakure!
8. 15+ -- Usually have at least 15 missions on hold at any-given time, this allows for easier-flowing traffic and smoother acceptance.
9. Acceptable rewards -- Do not go overboard. An E-Rank mission should not give anywhere over 50 EXP at a time and over 60 Ryo at a time. An S-Rank mission should not go over 180 EXP and 300 Ryo. Elaborate off of these restrictions!*
2. Missing-Nin -- As a Kage, it's your responsibility to keep track of your Missing-Nin in your Bingo book.
ONLY ADVANCED CHUNIN+ MAY ACCEPT BOUNTIES. Chunin can also go up against C-Rank and lower Rogues, but none higher. As well, please do not go overboard on the bounties. I don't want to see a Missing-Nin walking around with a 100,000 Ryo Bounty on his head-1000 is your absolute limit. When you fill out this form please send it to a staff member and it will be added to the appropriate section of the B.I.N.G.O. Book.
3. Village events -- It's your job to organize events, such as festivals and carnivals, that spark interest inside your village~
*NOTE: Yearly or monthly events seem to be very popular with members!*
4. Declaring War -- A Kage may declare war with other villages, even organizations, as well as sign peace treaties/alliances. BUT, both sides must have a good reason for doing EITHER, or a staff member will void it.
5. Deciding on ranks -- A Kage has the ability to give, or remove, a rank from a ninja. So, if someone did very well in the Chunin exams, the Kage may rank him up~
*NOTE: Sanin rank-ups require more than simply being good, they require an extremely important event to have been resolved through the ninja!*
6. Deciding the next Kage -- A Kage may step down at any time, deciding whom their successor will be, and if that ninja declines, the Kage must pick another candidate. As well, if the Kage is defeated by another member of the village in an ORGANIZED, PLANNED OUT MANNER(simply assassinating a Kage or planning a coup de tat will grant you missing-nin rank, not Kage.)then his/her predecessor steps up as the next Kage.
