Missing-nin has shown me that people enjoy flocking to this rank on sites, usually even outweighing the ninja in the villages. So, to avoid this, here are rule for missing-nin. They cannot be broken for anyone or for any reason!
1. Starting out -- NO ONE may start as a Missing-Nin! No matter what the rank, you must be an average Joe before you decide to go AWOL. No try-outs, no exceptions. Period!
2. Missing-Nin Rank -- Your Missing-Nin rank is reflected upon the rank you where when you left. So, if you left at Chunin, your rank is a C-Rank Missing nin, and so on and so forth. You MAY rank up for the same EXP cost it takes to rank up regularly, so if I was a Chunin and am now a C-Rank Missing-Nin, and I wanted to rank up, I would need to have to pay the EXP for Tokubetsu Jonin Rank to become a B-Rank Missing-nin.
3. S-Rank Missing-Nin -- This rank is only awarded by the staff onto those whom deserve it, or through plotline events. Please do not ask for it, for if so it will not be awarded at all to you EVER.
4. No Privacy -- Being A missing-nin, the Kage have every right to send ANBU, Hunter-nin, or regular ninja out to attack you. If an attack has been issued, than even if you have a personal RP, you DO have the possibility of being attacked in the middle of it.
5. No Missions -- A Missing-nin cannot accept missions from any village!
